Built by the person who had to make the fix work.

Driven Healthcare Solutions grew from a pattern Christine J. Carter saw repeatedly: organizations receive advice, findings, or corrective actions, but not the connected operating structure needed to make the change stick.

Christine became a healthcare executive within a year and a half of graduating from nursing school. Since then, she has led clinical operations, compliance, quality, accreditation readiness, medical services, emergency response, program development, and organizational change. During surveys, she was recruited by The Joint Commission twice.

Her expertise was built through formal leadership, emergency training, strong mentors, hard decisions, lessons learned in real time, and mistakes that became better systems. She knows the pressure of being accountable for the outcome—not simply presenting the recommendation.

Now that experience is being put to work helping other facilities become stronger, safer, and more effective so they can reach more people who need care.
